Health & Safety Rules
Medication Policy: Little Dreamers Daycare does not administer any medication to children, including over-the-counter medicine. Parents are responsible for administering all medications off-site.
Children must be fever-free for 24 hours before returning to Little Dreamers Daycare.
Hand, Foot, Mouth:Â There must be no open sores and a doctor's note is required
No children with diarrhea or vomiting are allowed to attend until 24 hours have passed.
Children with pink eye must be treated with medication and kept home until cleared.
We do not administer any medication, including eye drops, to children at Little Dreamers.
Parents must notify us immediately of any injuries or emergencies during the day.

Guidelines for a safe, structured, and joyful learning environment.
Meals & Snacks
We provide balanced breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks. All food is prepared and labeled to meet health guidelines. Please disclose any allergies or dietary restrictions when enrolling.
Behavior
We promote a respectful environment. Bullying and ongoing disruptive behavior may result in temporary removal from the group. Please notify us immediately of any concerns.
Outside Toys
Small backpack items, Legos, and coins are not permitted. We maintain a safe environment and encourage children to play with our provided, age-appropriate toys.
Supplies
Under age 2: Diaper bag with diapers, wipes, formula, bottles, 2 changes of clothes, and a comfort item. Age 2 and up: Full-sized backpack with a folder, pencil pouch, 2 changes of clothes, and diapers if needed.
Potty Training
We provide support for children transitioning to underwear. We use pull-ups after three accidents and washable pee pads for naps. Please ensure your child is ready before arrival.
Closures
We observe major holidays along with a few additional scheduled closures throughout the year. We make every effort to keep closures to a minimum. On the rare occasion that an additional closure is necessary, families will be given at least two weeks’ notice whenever possible.
